Do you have colourful characters in your family history, a \u2018dog eared\u2019 photograph with a tale to tell, or simply an urge to write your own novel? On this residential writing workshop author Cameron Taylor will help you explore what’s required to bring your creative impulse into a reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During this three day residential workshop, you will get the chance to share the experience, inspiration and techniques of storytelling with others in this beautiful old four star steading in Moray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Carden is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and surrounded by magnificent unspoiled beaches, rambling forests walks, ancient castles and historic sites in the heart of Moray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cameron Taylor is the author of Rooted in Scotland, co-author of rooted 1 On the Trail of The Real Macbeth and has written extensively for business, for the press and on digital media. He’s also the ‘story-teller’ in the recent DVD release of The Real Macbeth \u2013 King of Alba premiered in Forres only a few short months ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cameron is an experienced education and public speaker and has worked in Scotland, the rest of the UK, Austria, the US and Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Places will be limited to 10 participants and whereas previous writing experience would be useful, it is not essential \u2013 much more important is the motivation and desire to listen to and tell stories. There will be no examination, no competitiveness, just the shared enthusiasm of participants, course leader and guest speakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
