Why create a Real Macbeth Account?
In order to download your purchased (or free) items you are required to create an account. This allows us to generate custom links for you. All details are securely held and will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

Why the need for ‘custom links’ to download?
Due to legal requirements (mostly © Copyright) we are required to ensure that certain conditions and criteria are met and understood before downloading can occur. This includes the requirement to check the “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions” checkbox prior to paying for your order.

How do I access my ordered items?
You will be provided with download links to your ordered (or free) items which will be available in both your Account Page (My Account) and the order completion email. The links will be available for 48 hours (2 days) from the time the order was placed.

What is a .zip file?
Zip is an archiving system that bundles together one or more computer files into a single file or folder that takes up less space than the originals. Our downloadable ‘zipped’ files are compatible to be opened by Apple Mac, Linux and Windows PCs.

How to open zip files & extract archives on the iPhone and iPad
Apple Mobiles do not come supplied “out of box” with software that can extract archives, there is however a free third party application available from the iTunes App Store; WinZip FREE download. For further information – osxdaily.com has an article explaining the process in greater detail.
